UnitedHealthcare and PreferredOne have completed an agreement to integrate their businesses, bringing together a strong, local, well-established health plan with UnitedHealthcare’s benefit, wellness and administrative strengths. This combination of businesses, teams and resources will lead to higher quality health care solutions for current and future PreferredOne members and customers.
PreferredOne will continue to operate and serve members and customers as it currently does today, but it will do so as part of the UnitedHealthcare of MN team.
What This Means for Current PreferredOne Members
