When will the International Roadcheck run?

The Commercial Vehicle Safety Alliance (CVSA) announced that this year’s International Roadcheck is scheduled for May 13 – 15, 2025.

What is the International Roadcheck?

The International Roadcheck is an annual, three-day enforcement initiative that emphasizes the importance of commercial motor vehicle and driver safety through a blitz of high-visibility roadside inspections across North America.

What will the International Roadcheck focus on?

The CVSA establishes a specific emphasis each year for inspections. This year’s focus is on:

  • Driver operating requirements, like hours of service
  • Commercial motor vehicle mechanical fitness, specifically vehicle tires

How can employers avoid violations?

Employers can encourage their drivers to comply with all regulations, including proper tire maintenance and verifying they are accurately recording their times and duty statuses in their records of duty status.
