FMCSA Clearinghouse: New Rule Updates & What You Need to Know

November 2024

Employers with DOT operations, including fleet owners, HR managers, and anyone responsible for Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse compliance at your company, are encouraged to attend this webinar to learn about the latest updates the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) made to the Clearinghouse.

The FMCSA Clearinghouse is a secure online database that gives employers real-time information about commercial driver’s license (CDL) holders’ drug and alcohol violations. It is a federal requirement that motor carriers with vehicles 26,000+ pounds are registered and running queries annually and on all new hires.

This webinar will cover:

  • How to register, run queries, and report violations in the FMCSA Clearinghouse
  • What to do if a driver has a violation
  • The Return-to-Duty (RTD) process
  • How the new Clearinghouse-II final rule will impact drivers starting November 18, 2024, and how employers can prepare for them
