BCBS Settlement Important Update

As of right now, members affected by the Blue Cross Blue Shield antitrust lawsuit (also known as members of the Damages Class) will begin receiving notification by email and mail about the related settlement. This includes notification that they may be eligible for a payment as a result of the settlement.

To provide information about the settlement and to help affected members determine their rights under the settlement, including if they are eligible for a payment, the company managing the process for notifying affected members (JND Legal Administration) has provided contact information as well as a resource page. We have included the contact information and a link to the resource page below.

North Risk Partners will continue to monitor the situation and provide further updates as more information becomes available.
