Tony Ciro and The Coverage Partners Join North Risk Partners

Effective July 1 – The Coverage Partners of Hastings, MN, has joined North Risk Partners, one of the largest independent insurance brokers and risk advisory firms in the Midwest.

Founded in 2023 by Tony Ciro, The Coverage Partners was built from the ground up, with Ciro leading the development of the agency’s brand, carrier relationships, and operational processes. Under his leadership, the agency experienced rapid growth, earning the trust of clients through personalized service, strong community involvement, and a commitment to long-term relationships. Ciro brings 20 years of insurance industry experience, having begun his career in 2006 while working alongside his father, who spent more than 40 years in the business. Along with Ciro, six team members joined North Risk Partners as part of the acquisition.
