José Ramírez-Rocha Joins North Risk as Director of Benefits

Effective June 1, José Ramírez-Rocha joined North Risk Partners as Director of Benefits. In this new role Ramírez-Rocha is responsible for overseeing the firm’s individual benefits practice and strategy.

“José has great experience, knowledge, and leadership in the individual benefits space,” says Stan Hamann, division president and benefits practice leader at North Risk Partners. “We are excited about the impact he will have on our individual practice.”

Ramírez-Rocha holds a Master’s in Applied Economics with experience as an economist performing credit and macroeconomic analyses for financial institutions. He joins North Risk after five years with UnitedHealthcare in the Medicare sales space.

“The bulk of my career has centered around creating relationships, strengthening partnerships, and building experiences for individuals through a collaborative style that seeks to be both compassionate and effective,” says Ramírez-Rocha. “Those elements of my professional trajectory closely align with North Risk’s core values.
