POSITION SUMMARY: This position works under the support and direction of the account management team and risk advisors, processing day-to-day service requests associated with commercial lines accounts. Our team consists of over 400 employees working in over 30 locations across five states, including Minnesota, Iowa, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Nebraska. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist account management team by delivering quick and accurate responses to service requests in a caring and friendly manner. Receive, process and manage incoming requests delegated by account managers. Accept, process and communicate standard tasks such as, but not limited to, certificates, evidences, simple policy changes, presentations, audits, cancellations and reinstatements. Receive new policies, prepare policy books for account managers to review, and deliver to risk advisors as instructed. Attend and actively participate in agency service training meetings. Develop positive relationships with partner insurance carriers. Enter client activity and other relevant information into the company’s software system(s). Follow all federal and state regulations, and best practices for avoiding errors and omissions.
