[tcol]You will continue to receive mail sent to your old address for one year, which should allow enough time to ensure all of your contacts have the new address.[/tcol]

[tcol]No, you will have only one mailbox to maintain. The routing happens behind the scenes.[/tcol]

[tcol]How will clients know my email has changed?[/tcol]
[tcol]- When you reply to an email sent to the old address, the recipient of that email will receive the reply from the new address.
– Your email address will be updated in your email signature, accompanied by a note reading: My email has changed. Please update your records.
– You should advise clients who email you on a regular basis to update their records by sending them an updated Outlook Business Card with your information.
– All other materials featuring your email address will be updated, including the employee directory on northriskpart3.wpengine.com.[/tcol]

[tcol]Will this affect my access to carrier sites?[/tcol]
[tcol]- The IT team does not expect your access will be affected immediately, though all are advised to proactively update their accounts within one month of receiving their new email address.
– Many carrier sites allow you to update your email address under account settings. For sites that don’t allow user updates, an admin will send the change request into the carrier.
– Users will receive instructions regarding the process for updating carrier sites closer to their turn-on date.[/tcol]

[tcol]Yes. You will be provided instructions on how to create and order your new business cards on The Range Shop. [/tcol]
